چکیده
Introduction Symbiotic N fixation inhibition induced by supply to legumes is potentially regulated the relative and P availability in soil. However, specific responses of different legume species changes N:P remain unclear, must be better understood optimize symbiotic inputs under enrichment. This study investigated mechanisms which soil influence eight species, quantify inter-specific differences, demonstrate how these differences can determined stoichiometric homeostasis ratios (H ). Methods Eight herbaceous were grown separately outdoor pots treated with either no fertilizer (control), (14 g m -2 ), (3.5 ) or both fertilizer. Plant nutrients, characteristics, root biomass, non-structural carbohydrates (NSC), rhizosphere chemistry, mobilization, nodulation measured. Results addition enhanced mobilization but drove a loss biomass NSC via exudation compound (organic acid), especially so treatments without addition. also 2-14% 14-36% decline per plant addition, as result decreasing NSC. The positively correlated intact plants nodules, regardless additions. Discussion indicates that induce limitations for growth, stimulate at expense carbohydrate concentrations, reducing legumes. Legume had less ratio, such Lespedeza daurica Medicago varia maintained greater extent

C/N ratio drives soil actinobacterial cellobiohydrolase gene diversity.
Cellulose accounts for approximately half of photosynthesis-fixed carbon; however, the ecology of its degradation in soil is still relatively poorly understood. The role of actinobacteria in cellulose degradation has not been extensively investigated despite their abundance in soil and known cellulose degradation capability. Here, the diversity and abundance of the actinobacterial glycoside hyd...
متن کاملTheoretical studies on corrosion inhibition of N-aroyl-N’-aryl thiourea derivatives using conceptual DFT approach
In this paper, quantum chemical parameters at density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP/6-31G** (d,p) level of theory were calculated for three organic corrosion inhibitors [N-benzoyl-N-(p-aminophenyl) thiourea, N-benzoyl-N-(thiazole) thiourea and N-acetyl-N-(dibenzyl) thiourea. The calculated molecular descriptors such as the HOMO, LUMO, dipole moment, chemical potential (μ), chemical hardness (ղ)...
متن کاملa new report of n fixation by two species of cyanobacteria
cyanobacteria were collected and identified in five paddy fields with different soil textures of golestan province in iran. it was determined that nostoc ellipsosporum and nostoc muscorum were dominant in all sites among 20 species. to assess the ability of atmospheric nitrogen fixation by the species, their pure cultures were provided by growing on bg-11 solid culture medium. subsequently, eac...
متن کاملCORROSION INHIBITION BEHAVIOR OF N,N′-BIS(2,4,6-TRIHYDROXYACETOPHENONE)-PROPANDIIMINE ON ST44.0 STEEL IN ALKALINE NACL SOLUTION
The inhibition behavior of N,N′-bis(2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone)-propandiimine (THAPP) as an environmentally friendly Salen Ligand on the corrosion inhibition of mild steel was studied in alkaline solution (pH=10) containing 3% NaCl. Measurements were carried out using electrochemical and surface techniques. The experimental results suggested that this compound was an ...
